I think it goes without saying that there has been a long hiatus on this project, with not much information being exchanged between us and you, the players. I assure that this is not ignorance - much of the staff body has simply not had the time capacity to contribute as fully to the project (see previous post for further details).
However, I bring some good news! We are finally ready to make a strong return to the project under it's new alias, "Banners Of War", and I think it wise to notify you of some changes behind the scene that will allow this to happen. Some will have already been said before:
Ratkoon is relaxing the amount of organisation he has to do. N.B. He is not leaving the project, he is simply reducing his workload to compensate for other commitments.
I (x3nec) will be managing operations in the mean time. This will not affect either the staff or players - I hope to keep things running in the style both sides have come to expect from a good server team.
Tutorials will be refreshed to match the current systems, so that they are as accurate as possible.
Patch notes will continue to be posted, so you can keep up-to-date with what to expect in the updates. The numbering system is also being altered slightly to allow for both minor and major patches. (We will attempt to get a major patch released at least every two weeks - new content keeps things interesting).
The map will once again be re-generated, although this is not likely for the next patch. A preview is available in the previous post and is being done so to increase its diversity - you will benefit more from its playability.
This is a short, but detailed list and I hope it has identified the current situation from our point of view. I hope to be able to provide you with the first patch notes very soon. If you have any questions, feel free to comment on this article and a staff member will respond as soon as possible.
